As of April, 1998, Tom's wagon has
approximately 320,000 miles on it, and has been his daily driver
for the past 9 years. The original engine and heads have not been
gone into, nor have the trans or rear end. It has the trusty
318 V-8, auto trans, power steering and brakes, and factory air
conditioning (which still works perfectly).
Tom has added dual exhaust and some gauges to monitor things,
and plans on restifying it sometime in the future.
Below is another picture of a '68 Coronet
440, provided by Tom. This car is owned by Mike
Turrentine. It originally had a 383, then a 'hot' 440,
and now has a 'warm' 383 again. It has Cragar rims, Goodyear
Eagle tires, and monochromatic paint. According to Tom, it shook
the ground when it started up!
