"....is a 70 Chevelle that
I just spent two years on. It had a serious case of the
uglies and was a victim of over accessorization. I totally rebuilt
it including urethane bushings, full suspension, rear, TH700-R
Trans, and new 355 (a 60 over 350) torque cam motor, new quarter
panels and typical patch panels, floor braces, tilt column, bucket
seats, headliner, carpet, pedal pads, SS hood, 7 inch rallys,
disk brakes, 10 CD changer, 400 watt amp, etc. I did ALL
the work myself in spite of some good advice. That includes sand
blasting the whole car down to bare metal, filling an aftermarket
sun roof hole and applying the filler, metal etching primer, surfacer,
sealer, base coat, and 3 coats of Acrylic Urethane Clear."
